As we rapidly approach the end of the financial year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you, our friends and colleagues, for your trust and support in continuing to allow us to work with and assist your business and your clients. We are extremely grateful for all the opportunities you provide us with and in turn we hope we provide meaningful solutions to your clients and prospects.

Within this edition, we provide a summary of the recently renewed US Builders Risk Facility. This remains exclusive to Lockton and continues to provide a differentiator to you and your clients. The team have secured improved terms, conditions and pricing at this renewal and we have already seen an increase in our conversion rate against the domestic carriers.

The team have had a great deal of success in assisting with the structure and placement of Data Centers and as such, we have included a segment on this sector which details our experience and what your clients need to consider for these complicated construction Projects.

Finally, we have included a couple of recent wins and success stories which we hope resonate with you all and demonstrates where we can help on some of those more challenging Builders Risk Projects.
